OERs: Don't Reinvent the Wheel!
Open Educational Resources (OERs) are instructional materials that have been created by other teachers and educational institutions with the intention of sharing and public use.
Come learn how to harness these resources for your own classroom use! The workshop will provide an overview of OER repositories, then we will brainstorm how to effectively use these resources in our classes. We will also discuss other important issues relevant to Open Education such as the responsible sharing of materials and teacher identity in this evolving landscape.
